Can I return items if I change my mind?

No. All sales with Get The Dog Design (GTD) are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Non-delivery due to unpaid shipping or customs fees
  • Refused, abandoned, or undeliverable shipments
  • Disputes with third-party shipping agents or freight forwarders

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the transaction is considered final and binding.

How do I initiate a product exchange?

Exchanges are not available. All curated items are one-of-a-kind or limited in nature and are sold as-is. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our sourcing process, no substitutions or exchanges can be made after purchase.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Yes — all products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Curated, limited-edition, or sourced items
  • Items returned due to non-payment of customs, taxes, or shipping fees

Any item returned to GTD will be considered forfeited property. No re-shipping, refund, or credit will be issued under any circumstance.
